I will never be able to find the words to properly thank you enough! My wedding was amazing!! I was beginning to get worried the night before that all the details I had been planning for a year would not turn out well... then you came and my outlooked turned 180 degrees as everything you did was PERFECT!! While getting ready for the big moment with all of you, I realized that all the details were coming out even better than I imagined because of your talent, demeanor, and fun personalities. (My maid of honor and I are convinced that we need to fly Rachel out to St. John with us to do her hair %26 makeup! We'll be in touch!) I know recommend Spa Uno to anyone traveling to Costa Rica - the villa rental seems like such a good deal as well!

Spa Uno not only helped to make my wedding magical (see photos: http://web.mac.com/crwphotographystudio/CRW_%26_El_Velo_Client_Websites/beth_%26_andrew.html#3 ), but also helped me coordinate a fantastic Spa Day for all the women. Twelve of us basically took over the spa for about 4-5 hours while we were pampered and fed in awesome air conditioning the day before the wedding! We were even entertained by a whole troop of monkeys :) My body wrap was unlike any spa experience in the states and included a heavenly scalp massage. The all-natural products left my normally-irritated skin soft and evenly-toned.

Lastly, I purchased a few of the skin care products and agree with all the other reviews that the Mango Dream Cream is a treat, but also the lemongrass insect deterrent works so well! I didn't even have to dip into my other DEET-filled products that leave my skin sticky for the rest of my vacation in Costa Rica.

I can't wait to return! Thank you ladies!

Last week, I had the double fortune to be vacationing in Quepos Costa Rica and receiving the best therapeutic massage ever at Spa Uno, My therapist maintained a perfect pressure for my deep tissue massage all the while incorporating never before felt touches/rhythms with her finger tips. Also, the use of some simple fabrics and fresh scents enhanced my overall theraputic experience. The final part of the session ended with a type of scrub to my ankles and feet followed by a deliciously warn rinse mimicking a pedicure treatment.

The Spa setting is elegantly simple in design. It is spacious and airy with just the perfect amount of the intense tropic colors. The receptionist Nicole is delightful and helpful; for example, getting me a Taxi to return to my son's home and informing the driver of my destination.

I just wanted to email you and tell you that I handed out all of the gifts that I picked up from the spa and they were all a huge success!
